Submitted Data

When you run a scan, we process the target page’s HTML text to generate an accessibility report. The raw HTML is not stored long-term by us; the resulting metadata (score, issues count) may be logged for product improvement.

Email Address (optional)

If you enter an email, we use it to apply plan limits (free/pro) and for billing via Stripe. You may request deletion at any time.

Usage & Device Data

We may log IP address (for demo rate limiting), timestamps, and basic analytics to keep the Service reliable and secure.

Third-Party Processors

  • Cloudflare: edge hosting, security, and D1 database.
  • Stripe: payment processing. We don’t see full card details.
  • OpenAI: processes extracted page text to produce accessibility findings.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve the Service.
  • Prevent abuse (e.g., rate limiting demo scans).
  • Billing and account administration (for Pro).
  • Security, troubleshooting, analytics, and support.

Data Retention

We retain minimal operational logs. Subscription records are kept while your plan is active and as required for tax/compliance. You can request deletion of your account email data by contacting support@yourdomain.com.

Security

We use Cloudflare’s edge security and limit access to production systems. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.
